Dr. Vargas Jon is a dedicated and highly skilled foot and ankle surgeon with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. With more than fifteen years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Vargas Jon has built a reputation for excellence and compassion. After completing medical school at New York College of Podiatric Medicine, she pursued her residency in Foot & Ankle Surgery at the very prestigious St Barnabas Hospital in Livingston NJ.
Dr. Vargas Jon is board-certified in Podiatry and continuously stays abreast of the latest medical advancements through her commitment to lifelong learning.
Known for her patient-centered approach, Dr. Vargas Jon takes the time to thoroughly understand each patient's unique needs and concerns. She is dedicated to fostering open communication and ensuring that patients are well-informed about their health and treatment options. Mr. Jon is a distinguished electrical and software engineer, bringing his technical expertise to the field of healthcare as the CEO and co-founder of Alliance Clinics. With a solid background in both electrical engineering and software development, Juan has seamlessly integrated innovative technologies into the realm of podiatry services.
His commitment to advancing healthcare has been instrumental in establishing and leading Alliance Clinics, which serve the communities of Greenfield WI, Kenosha WI, and Zion IL.

Growing up in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Dr. Hayes cultivated a passion for patient care as she watched her father, a well renowned Pediatrician, care for the sick kids in her community.
After his passing, she decided to fulfill her deepest desire to become a doctor. Dr. Hayes was awarded a scholarship to attend Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM), prompting her move to Philadelphia, PA. Today, she stands as a highly esteemed podiatrist in Kenosha, certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Hayes holds the title of Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle and is recognized as a Wound Specialist Physician by the American Board of Wound Management.
Her diverse background and commitment to excellence underscore her status as a reputable healthcare professional.
