At Alliance Clinics we excel at providing our patients with a complete foot evaluation, gait analysis, confection of the right prescription and design together with a 3D image of their feet to warranty comfort and stability. We work hand in hand with the friendly people of Anodyne to help our diabetic population continue to walk safely. **If you are NOT diabetic, you can still enjoy this service for $450 (one (1) pair of shoes, three (3) pair of "custom" made plastizote inserts). Insurance companies only cover these services to diabetic patients. **If you will like to op-out of the three (3) pairs of custom made inserts, and just prefer one (1) pair of "heat molded" plastizote inserts, this service will only be $160. ***If you will like to use your Medical Insurance to cover the cost of this service, please call our office and provide your insurance information. Cancellation Policy

Please contact our offices after your booking is completed. We do not refund any money for any services if you fail to show up. You can however reschedule your appointment by calling our offices. We require a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
