INGROWN TOENAILS
Our expert podiatrists offer comprehensive care for ingrown toenails. Through precise diagnosis, we tailor treatments to address the underlying causes, often related to improper nail care or footwear choices. Conservative measures include gentle toenail lifting, antibiotic treatment for infection, if present, medical pedicures and nail bracing.
Patient education on proper nail trimming and footwear is a crucial aspect of our approach.
For persistent cases, our clinics specialize in minor surgical procedures to remove the ingrown portion and braces systems, providing lasting relief.
WARTS | POROKERATOSIS
Our doctor will determine if your lesions are warts or porokeratosis; often this conditions are misdiagnosed. If warts, when conservative treatments fail, our clinics are laser ready!
Our laser emits a light that heats up the blood in the tiny vessels inside the wart and destroys the vessels. Without blood, the wart dies and falls off. The laser’s heat may also attack the virus that causes the wart.
The laser may feel like a rubber band snapping against your skin. You won’t feel much pain after the procedure is done.
For those who rather use topicals, our doctors will prescribed customized medications for your specific needs.
If dealing with porokeratosis, in office excision and care is provided.
